We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Customer Care Specialist with Polish, English and Hungarian

Work place: Kraków

Duties:

Being constantly in touch with assigned business customers, providing them with service in Hungarian, English and Polish.
Technical support for the customers’ employees using Client’s platform.
Solving technical problems and issues on side of the customers.
Administrative tasks
Some minor translations.

Requirements:

Hungarian language on proficient level
Very good English and Polish.
At least 1 year customer service experience.
Familiar with computer programs (MS Office especially) and web applications.
Outstanding in communication and interpersonal skills.
You are the reliable with strong team-player orientation and customer focus.
